Shipping conditions
Delivery takes place within Germany (Germany), the EU (except France, Austria and Spain), as well as to non-EU countries and worldwide.
I ship with DHL Kleinpaket or Warenpost International with tracking.
No shipping to Austria, France and Spain
Due to the Unfortunately, I do not ship packaging licenses to these countries.
Customs and Import FeesAttention: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
I calculate the shipping costs as a flat rate:
3.90 euros per order within Germany, Free shipping for orders worth 100.00 euros or more
5.90 euros flat rate to the EU, Free shipping from 130.00 euros worth of goods,
7.00 euros to Europe not EU, free shipping from 140.00 euros worth of goods,
8.00 euros worldwide, Free shipping for orders over 140.00 euros
You can expect delivery within one to two working days.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 2 - 3 days after the conclusion of the contract , as each piece of jewelry is made individually (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
