Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, goods will be shipped within 3–5 days of the contract being concluded, depending on whether the destination is within Germany, the EU, or other countries, as each piece of jewelry is custom-made.
Delivery is available within Germany, the EU (excluding France, Austria, and Spain), as well as to non-EU countries and worldwide. I ship via DHL Small Package or DHL International Parcel Post, both with tracking. Shipping to Austria is only available via AllesPost Germany; link here 👉 https://www.post.at/p/a/allespost
Eingeschränkter Shipping to some EU countries Due to packaging licensing requirements and stricter customs regulations, I unfortunately no longer ship to all EU countries.
Shipping to non-EU countries
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Canada, USA, Switzerland), additional costs may apply in individual cases, for which I am not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers through financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties) . Such costs may also apply in connection with the money transfer even if the delivery is not to a country outside the European Union, but you are making the payment from a country outside the European Union.
Shipping Costs (including VAT) I charge a flat shipping rate: 4.50 euros per order within Germany; free shipping on orders of 50.00 euros or more
7.00 euros per order to Switzerland; free shipping for orders over 100 euros.
Within Germany, delivery usually takes one to two business days after the order is shipped. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you.
